Coalescence separators work on the principle of the accumulation of small droplets on trickling filters (eg metal lattice structures). The small droplets combine to form larger drops, rise and form a film, they coalesce. The film can be removed from the liquid mixture.

Water is precious - we return up to 90% to the washing cycle.
Water is a precious commodity. And we need a lot of water for our work. The use of complex technology allows us to save a lot of water and thus protect the environment. Our intelligent water treatment technology makes it possible to lead around 85-90 percent of the water used back into the washing cycle via a complex process. In this way, we significantly reduce fresh water consumption. We use fresh water for rinsing and in the steam jets.
